2. Certified Products and Warranty
All Certified Products sold on our platform or through other channels are backed by a warranty from DES Technologies:
- Certified Data Tape Products come with a 1-year replacement warranty.
- Used Equipment Warranty & Return Policy: All used equipment is covered with Non-DOA (Dead-On-Arrival). If the product is confirmed DOA, and disposition of the defective products has been agreed upon, a replacement or credit refund will be provided. Once the equipment is verified as fully functional with the audit log, all sales are final; no returns or refunds will be accepted.
Note: Warranty claims, repairs, or replacements for Certified Products must be addressed through DES Technologies, not the original manufacturer.
3. Limitation of Liability
While we are committed to providing high-quality products and services, DES Technologies is not responsible for:
- Lost Data: We are not liable for any data loss resulting from the use of our products or services. Customers are responsible for backing up important data before use.
- Attorney Fees: We are not responsible for any legal costs or attorney fees incurred in connection with using our products, services, or these terms.
- Certified Product Warranties: Manufacturers do not cover warranties on our certified products.
4. Product Use
By using our products and services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws. Any misuse that results in legal action or damages will be your sole responsibility.
