All Certified Products sold on our platform are backed by a warranty from DES Technologies:
- Certified Data Tape Products come with a 10-year replacement warranty.
- Used Equipment is covered by a 30-day warranty from the invoice date. To make a warranty claim, you must notify us within this 30-day period. Once the product’s condition is confirmed, the warranty is no longer active.
Note: Warranty claims, repairs, or replacements for Certified Products must be addressed through DES Technologies, not the original manufacturer.
3. Limitation of Liability
While we are committed to providing high-quality products and services, DES Technologies is not responsible for:
- Lost Data: We are not liable for any data loss resulting from the use of our products or services. Customers are responsible for backing up important data before use.
- Attorney Fees: We are not responsible for any legal costs or attorney fees incurred in connection with using our products, services, or these terms.
- Certified Product Warranties: Manufacturers do not cover warranties on our certified products.

By using our products and services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws. Any misuse that results in legal action or damages will be your sole responsibility.
